1. Information We Collect
ReplyPilot is designed with data minimization as a core principle. We only collect the information necessary to provide AI-assisted commenting capabilities:
- Account Data: Your email address and authentication credentials when you register via Supabase Auth.
- User Preferences: Custom persona instructions, tone settings, and daily safety limits saved in your profile.
- Ephemeral Content: When you generate a comment, the visible LinkedIn post text is transmitted securely to our AI inference endpoint solely to create your draft response. We do not store or sell your LinkedIn browsing history.
2. Chrome Extension Permissions & Usage
Our Manifest V3 Chrome Extension requests the following minimum required permissions:
storage: Used strictly to preserve your selected AI tone and API settings locally in your browser.activeTab&scripting: Used only on active LinkedIn tabs to extract the post text you choose to reply to and paste the approved comment into the LinkedIn comment box.alarms: Used exclusively to maintain human-like randomized execution delays in Autopilot mode.
3. AI Inference & Third-Party Processors
AI inference is executed through secure enterprise endpoints (Groq / Google Gemini). Your data is never used to train foundational AI models without consent. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or LinkedIn data to any third parties or advertisers.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You maintain full ownership of your data. You may delete generated comments, target creators, or your entire user account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. Upon deletion, all associated records in our Supabase database are permanently erased.
